Who inputs my inventory?
You will have complete control over your inventory. We have a browser based control panel. It takes approximately 5 minutes per vehicle. Our system walks you through adding vehicles. Just fill in the blanks and click next!

How many vehicles can I add on into the inventory database?
Our system remains stable at 1000 inventory autos.

I would like a web page about our repair facility (or an addition page in general)
We are full service web developers. Anything is possible.  As a client of ours we will make every effort to minimize your costs for additional pages. You will need to provide us with text and photographs for those pages.

How do I pay for the web site?
We are very flexible on how you prefer to pay. Options include being invoiced monthly or we can debit your credit card monthly. If you prefer to pre-pay quarterly or yearly we can set up billing how ever you prefer.

I don't need the inventory database system, does that cost less?
We have designed our program in a manner to maximize the value, if you choose not to have us host your web site, or you do not need the inventory database it will not change our very low monthly fee.

Will I ever talk to anyone at Automotive-Dealerships.com?
Yes the fact is that our website, like yours, is a source of information. We try to maximize efficiency by providing you with as much information as possible.  We are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 9:00 EST.  Once you submit your information to us we will be calling to welcome you as our new client and go over the details of your web site.  Feel free to call us about any internet related questions you may have.

Is there a contract?
Our initial contract is very short term.  It will cost us much more than $700 to set your site up. With that in mind we do require a six month term of service. Once that period expires it is a month to month system with a 30 day cancellation notice. We are extremely confident that we will not need a contract to have you as a customer for years to come.

Will you be offering new sites, updates and features in the future?
We will be adding new web sites for our clients as our customer base grows.  Once per year you may upgrade to a new web site look, (if available) at no cost.  As we develop newer, better and more sophisticated features you will be automatically upgraded when possible.
